TABLE HELP PATHS

Support While You Play Blackjack Livebets

If something goes wrong mid-round — a disconnection, a bet that did not register, or a payout that looks off — our support team can pull the round history from your account and review it. Reach us through the live chat icon in the lobby or send a message through the account help centre. We check round logs against the dealer feed so disputes get resolved with actual evidence, not estimates.

Team online

Live Chat During a Round

Open live chat from the lobby menu while a table is running. Describe the round ID and bet amount so our team can locate the correct hand in your account history quickly.

Account Round History

Every completed blackjack hand is logged under your account transaction history. Check the round reference number there before contacting support — it speeds up any dispute review significantly.

Disconnection During a Live Hand

If your connection drops mid-hand, the platform holds your bet position for a short window. Once reconnected, check your account balance — the round result is recorded even if you missed the live stream.

HOW WE RUN THIS

Fair Play and Transparency on Our Blackjack Tables

We source our live blackjack streams directly from licensed studios — Evolution and Pragmatic Play both operate under independent regulatory oversight, and their card-shoe procedures are audited separately from our platform. RTP figures for each table are displayed where the studio exposes them; we do not publish figures we cannot verify. Your bet history, dealer outcome and payout calculation are all stored in your account log so you can cross-check any round yourself.

Studio-Level Auditing

Evolution and Pragmatic Play submit their live dealer operations to third-party audits. We stream from those certified studios — the audit trail sits at studio level, independently of our platform.

RTP Shown Where Available

We only display RTP data where the game provider publishes it. If a table does not show an RTP figure in the game info panel, that data has not been released by the studio.

Physical Shoe, No Animation

Every live blackjack table uses a real physical card shoe dealt by a human dealer on camera. No outcomes are generated by software animation — the card you see is the card that counts.

Account Log for Every Hand

Each blackjack round result is written to your account transaction log with a round reference. You can view the stake, outcome and payout for any hand you have played at any time.

ok99 What Our Blackjack Livebets Lobby Actually Looks Like

What Our Blackjack Livebets Lobby Actually Looks Like

The blackjack section carries several table variants — classic Infinite Blackjack from Evolution handles many hands from one shoe, while Pragmatic Play's One Blackjack keeps the pace tight with a single hand everyone watches together. Speed Blackjack shortens the decision window if you want a faster rhythm. Each table shows the minimum and maximum bet range before you sit down, so you

can match your stake level to your session. Side bets like Perfect Pairs and 21+3 appear on most tables as optional add-ons. The dealer camera is high-definition and the card shoe is physical — nothing is animated or simulated. Players in Karachi and elsewhere across Pakistan who have account access can browse the full table list from the lobby menu under Live

Casino.

Blackjack Livebets Glossary — Terms Worth Knowing

New to live blackjack or just want to confirm what a term means before you sit at a table? These plain-language definitions cover the mechanics and side bets you will encounter in our lobby.

What is a 'natural blackjack'?

A natural blackjack is when your first two cards total exactly 21 — an ace plus a ten-value card. It usually pays at a higher rate than a standard win, displayed in the table rules.

What does 'double down' mean in live blackjack?

Doubling down means you double your original bet after seeing your first two cards, then receive exactly one more card. You cannot draw again after doubling — the hand stands as dealt.

What is the 'Perfect Pairs' side bet?

Perfect Pairs is an optional side bet placed before the main hand. It pays if your first two cards form a pair — mixed, coloured or perfect — with payout rates varying by pair type shown on the table.

What does 'soft hand' mean?

A soft hand contains an ace counted as eleven without busting. Because the ace can switch to one, a soft hand gives you more flexibility to draw an additional card without risking an immediate bust.

What is '21+3' in blackjack?

21+3 is a side bet combining your two cards with the dealer's up card to form a three-card poker hand. Combinations like a flush, straight or three of a kind each carry different payout rates on the table.

What does 'Infinite Blackjack' mean?

Infinite Blackjack, an Evolution table format, lets an unlimited number of people bet on the same hand simultaneously. Each player can still make independent decisions on splits and doubles from their own position.
